Tammi L. Smith

Tammi L. Smith age 49 of Hamilton passed away unexpectedly Wednesday September 4, 2024. She was born July 17, 1975 in Hamilton, Ohio the daughter of Janice Cavin Phillips and the late Roy Phillips. Tammi was a loving mother who loved baking and was a “foodie”. She is survived by her mother Janice Phillips, her three children Kyle Smith, Nathan Smith, and Ashley Smith, her nieces and nephews Jessica (Aaron), Kaley, Zachary, Madison and Marissa, great nieces and nephews Peyton, Preston, CJ, Arabella, and Elliana; special cousins Missy, Angie, Michele and Belinda; and her aunt Kay.  She will be sadly missed by her family and many friends. Tammi was also preceded in death by her brother Roy Christopher Phillips, her nephew Ryan Nelson, her great nephew Trent Nelson; her maternal grandparents Edith & Earl Cavin; uncle Earl Cavin Jr., and aunts Patricia Cavin and Denise Marcum. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Tuesday September 10, 2024 from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Dennis Burns, officiating.
