Tracie M. Russell age 46 of Cincinnati passed away on Wednesday May 29, 2019. She was born on January 8, 1973 in Cincinnati the daughter of Joe Douglas and Jacquie (nee Gross) Graves. Tracie was a wonderful mother, grandmother and sister who will be deeply missed. She is survived by her parents Joe (Cindy) Douglas and Jacquie (Bill) Graves; three loving daughters Kelsie Russell, Jaycie Russell, and Haylie Russell; one beautiful granddaughter Lillian Russell; one sister Shannon (Rich) Maupin; one brother Joe Douglas Jr; three nieces Ashley Maupin, Avery Maupin, and Ayla Maupin.
