Tracy W. Baker age 51 passed away Monday July 1, 2019. He was born February 15, 1968 in Hamilton to Carl W. Baker and Brenda Triplett. Tracy is survived by his life partner Greg Deitsch; siblings April Ashbrook, Kelly Jo Stamper; nieces Samantha, Jennifer; nephews Levi, Joey, Jonathon, Joshua; parents Carl Baker and Brenda Baker and was also survived by many other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his sister Carla Chapman. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 HOMEWARD WAY at Rt 4 Fairfield Tuesday July 9, 2019 from 5PM until the time of the funeral service at 7PM with Chaplain James Asher officiating.
