William "Bill" Paul Blair

William (Bill) Paul Blair passed away peacefully on August 31, 2021. He was born on January 28, 1946 in Pittsburgh, PA. He was the son of Bertha (Ziriak) and Charles Blair. Bill was one of four children, Jean, Frank, and Sara Lee. His sister Jean (Blair) Shaw precedes him in death. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years Anna Christine (Carpenter) Blair, two sons, Todd (Lisa), Matthew (Leanne), and granddaughters, Caroline and Ainsley. Bill also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, close friends and family. Faith and family was paramount to Bill as was his love for the family farm in Pennsylvania. Bill devoted his entire career of 44 years to Procter & Gamble. Visitation and services will be held at Webster Funeral Home, Fairfield, OH on Wednesday, September 8, 2021.
