William “Billy” Hughes passed away on Friday July 24, 2020. He was born on October 19, 1965 in Cincinnati the son of Peggy (nee Hines) Schwegler and the late John Hughes. Billy is survived by his wife Cynthia Hughes; his mother Peggy Schwegler; four children William (Rebecca) Hughes Jr, Reilly Hughes, Tucker Hughes, and Saxon (Rich) Huckell; eight siblings Pamelia (Craig) Ratliff, Karen (Curtis) Wells, Edward (Heather) Schwegler, Jacki (Curt) Manning, Laura (Jeff) Clark, Leah Wallace, Lacey (David) Schultz, and Johnny Hughes. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other family and close friends. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME is serving the family.
