William "Rocky" C. Proffit

William “Rocky” Proffit age 61 of Hamilton passed away on Monday June 21, 2021. He was born on February 15, 1960 in Omaha, NE the son of the late James Proffit and Jeraldine Estes Proffit. Rocky loved his Lord, his wife, and his family and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his loving wife of over 42 years, Vanessa Proffit; three children James Proffit, Chassidy (Jesse) Evans, and Kristin (fiance William “BJ” Lewis) Proffit; seven grandchildren Nikki Proffit, Faith (David) Folson, Destiny (Jonathan) Kimble, Charity Evans, Brayden Evans, Landen Evans, and Logan Evans; three great grandchildren Malachi Folson, Rebekah Folson, and Joy Anna Kimble; six siblings Shelly (Waller) Woods, Delos Proffit, Jeff Proffit, Mark Carter, Larry (Lynn) Carter, and Buddy Carter. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other family and close friends. He was also preceded in death by two sisters Martina and Lucinda. Visitation will be on Friday June 25, 2021 at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield from 10:00AM until the time of the funeral at 12:00PM with Pastor Barry Wilson officiating.
